![]() Rein has been asthmatic for a great deal of his life and knows what it is to be not able to breath at one’s full capacity. The awareness of breath changed Rein’s life at the age of 35. Deep and rhythmic inhalations and exhalations will be followed by a retention time, where you hold your breath for a certain amount of time: you will be amazed about the effects, and how long you are actually capable of holding your breath!
